Everything but a French paper.

I started today with a 5-mile run. My legs felt decent, so I picked up the pace towards the end. Here are my splits:

  • 8:58
  • 8:53
  • 8:46

After last night's baking disaster, I decided to get back on the proverbial horse and try again. This time was much more successful:

Great splits and great baked dessert thingy.... are you going to eat all that yourself? The answer here is "of course I'm going to I have to fuel my running muscles!"
